- Assisting with personal care
- Maintaining the medication schedule and ensuring clients take medicines on time
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Serving meals and helping with feeding and shopping
- Helping with preparing meals
- Performing necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean living space
- Transferring and transporting clients to and from activities and appointments
- Following the individual service plan and reporting any changes or concerns
- Performing basic first aid and emergency care during critical situations
